Hybrid between hotspot and home use

It would be nice if we could have an option to have a hybrid solution where users can buy tickets for their mobile only. But also have the option to have them install a router in their house and buy a ticket for that router for the month or day so their their tv can connect etc. It should direct them to the splash page and they can then buy a home package for the month
