Intermittent ads
Display ads at regular intervals (e.g., every 10 minutes) during browsing sessions without disrupting HTTPS traffic. Redirect users to the captive portal periodically to display ads. Use DNS-based redirection or session timeouts for seamless ad delivery. Allow configurable ad intervals and durations. Ensure compatibility with HTTPS standards to avoid disruptions. Benefits: Increase ad revenue and engagement while maintaining a smooth user experience. Have multiple ad support (carousel of adds available for this so the user doesn’t just see the same add all the time)

If we have the feature of multiple authentication, client can give wifi vouchers to the guest if there is any mobile signal issue, or if. Client number is in do not disturb mode they won't get otp. So it will be the best feature

The feature to add new plan is great on the customer portal Would be even better if we can customise it even more To list 10 or more packages on a page becomes very challenging to browse and to select the best option 1) split vouchers into categories 1 device (budget plan) Multi device (family plans) Customers can use filter navigation to select the right category and browse packages based on filter requirements Customers can then select prepaid (pay a you go) or recurring billing if cards can be saved on the platform and processed through payment gateway 2) Other offerings Do adverts inside customer portal Example Upsell FTTH and other products from the customer portal 3) Log a ticket / ask a question If customer requires assistance they can also log a ticket from the platform. Ability to send emails using Powerlynx for various purposes, including one-time passwords (OTPs), advertisements, notifications, and mass emails featuring special promotions.
Granular Roles and Permission
Similar to Splynx, it would be extremely helpful to have the ability for admins to create users with granular, task-specific permissions. This would allow us to delegate operational tasks without exposing sensitive information, such as revenue dashboards or financial reports, to every staff member. The current read-only role is not sufficient for this level of access control. We need more fine-grained permissions so that staff can perform their assigned duties without gaining visibility into areas that should remain restricted. Implementing this would greatly improve security, internal workflow management, and overall scalability for ISPs using Powerlynx.

Read only users on portal
Is it possible to implement read only users on the portal, that do not have admin rights to create locations, create vouchers or to make changes to the license details etc. However they can view sales, print voucher batches etc.
Pin for customers
Allow customers the option to choose a PIN instead of using an OTP for security. Additionally, there could be an incentive where customers who opt for the PIN receive one hour (changeable) of free internet access.
Assign voucher to the customer manually
Enable the ability to assign vouchers to customers with registered MAC addresses manually.
