Vouchers mass assign

Ability to assign vouchers to customers in bulk mode. For example, generate a series, open it, select customers to whom vouchers from this series will be assigned (or upload a CSV file with customer IDs), and assign these vouchers to those customers.

Similar to this but in bulk mode.
